Rick Vohden is a senior vice president and senior risk consultant for Marsh Risk Consulting, with more than 40 years of risk management consulting experience.  He consults for many of Marsh's education institutions and state and municipal risk management programs including public and private early childhood learning, primary and secondary education, and colleges and universities, public works, parks and recreation, and transportation. His specialties include: liability risk management and campus safety including residence hall safety and security; special events; athletic liability; employment practices, vehicle operations; risk profiling; new construction and remodeling, builders risk and owner and contractor controlled wrap-up programs, loss cost containment practices; statistical and performance measurement. Through his client service, Rick has developed more than 40 best practices for managing risk, ranging from contractor/vendor services to workers’ compensation cost control to youth camps.
